  • Managing the bidding process, rebid  meetings
  • Supervising the Ministry ‘s  procurement  evaluation Committee
  • Preparation of evaluation reports, contract award recommendation
  • Preparing contract documents and amendments
  • Submitting all evaluations to the accounting officer
  • Managing procurement contracts
  • Preparation of procurement reports
  • Exercising any other functions conferred or imposed on the unit by its accounting officer.
